What are the little wires in my Lipo Kokam 3s3p?

Sorry for the ignorance..
I just got my first LiPo ever. I bought 3s3p 6000 of kokam.
I have the Orbit v6.3 and I know how to use it for LiPo. However there are 4 wires coming out of the pack. 2 of them (black and red) are for the connector. But there are 2 more thin wires (red and red&black) with a small metal connector for each. What should I do with them ???

I suspect they are taps between cell banks 1 and 2, and 2 and 3. If you measure the voltage between them, I bet it's one third of the total pack voltage.

This should enable you to charge each 3p set individually if/when the pack gets out of balance, and also allow you to check the charge state accurately.
