CC controllers - procedure for software upgrading?

I sent an email to info@castlecreations.com but got no reply, so I'll ask here...

I have the following Castle Creations ESCs that I'd like to have a
software upgrade done...

2x Phoenix 25
1x Phoenix 45
1x Phoenix 80

In addition, the 45 glitches when I use 29 or 40MHz receivers, and the 80's
brake doesn't work some times (folding prop doesn't fold). Could CC check them out?
Also, how much would the charges for the software upgrade be?

Software upgrades are always free.
Also consider getting a USB link, it probably is not much fun to send stuff back to US from Singapore

Ah, but the controllers I have are the old ones....

Do I just send them back to CC "just like that"?

You may want to include short note asking for software update and write your address, email and phone number. Also RcGroups name.

I'd send them w/o. It is likely that it is easier for the techs. to work on them w/o a connector attached. Any that have hardware problems may be replaced.

I send them in with connectors, and attach sticker with my name/address to the wire.

We've had some email difficulties from a server swap, but we're back up to good now - sorry for the delay.

After the free software updates, you'll be good to go w/the Link if you'd like to use one.
