Nearest dealer (50 miles away) refuses to stock much int he form of parkflyers other then the ParkZone and HobbyZone planes. Other then that they sell extensivly Gas/nitro planes. Next nearest dealer is about 140 miles away so it is not feasable to travel that far for a RC model.
One dealer did have a pico moth,Slow Stick, and a p51 but to get the planes and proper electronics I would have to buy a radio system in which the cheapest they carry is about 200 dollars then would have to buy a flight pack for that system which is another 100 or so dollars. Next would be a battery for the plane and a charger. So now I am well over the 300 dollar mark to purchase any gws products from them. Now if GWS had complete ready to fly kits which included the plane, all the needed electronics, battery and charger, then they would put them on the shelves. Just some food for thought. |
