my first wing: mini speed wing with a 2 cell TP860 battery. had prop on backwards for maiden so maiden wasnt as expected but switched the prop and going to try again tomorrow. heres a pic.

rpw, your wings are beauties. Very well covered and I'm sure powerful enough anyways. What's your BL motor of choice? Aveox?

Can't tell much difference in the Aveox 27/13/3 compared to the Astro 020 or Mega 16/15/4's. Of course they are all in different wings with different batteries so I haven't really compared performance of the different motors in one particular wing. I really like the Astro in the XS running an XT battery. Also the XE2 with Astro is really a nice wing. I now have an Aveox in the Unicorn. It is pictured with a stock motor but I have now gone brushless with it. I like them all and fly them regularly, even still like the 400X with Mega but had to add extra CF spars.
