That looks cool. Was the conversion from sloper to motorized easy with the boomerang? I keep hearing good things about the boomerang but never was interesting in it due to it being slope only.

frank @ boomerang sells an electric version, but comes 44" so we cut them down tp 36", comes with motor mount all the hardware, winglets.

I somtimes fight with my son and his devastator. Not enough people around here flying, not even talking about electric wings.

we have the thing we cant talk about.. "fight club" about 10 guys every sunday morning.

heres the bottom of my plane, i use skid plates for the landings.

I like the look of the Ezipper mkII......any good? for my requirements anyway?

I don't like the look of the Ele-Bee too much especially the plastic motor mount...it looks kinda tacky!!

eZipper MKII is a good wing, but not a 48" wing. It's 36" and moves pretty fast, even at only SP400 setup. If you want a 48" wing that is similar, get the eRaider from the same company.

If you feel the need for something faster and more agile right from the start, I'd get either the MiniXE or the Devastator or the eZipper.

I honestly don't know what's available in the UK. I just happen to know that the Ele-Bee (x-ite) is very popular over there and readily available. Try contacting the manufacturers from the wings i mentioned and see if they have UK distributors or how much shipping would be...

About the smoke i looked it up and its just smoke cartrages. looks like a model rocket motor but smokes and mounts to the plane.

P.S. - What do u guys think about my first wing? I will post more pics tomorrow. i gotta cut out new control surfaces cause i put too much spray paint (forgot you gotta put it on thin) and it bubbled up and melted. it looks really good when u put it on thin thin
