eZipper MKII is a good wing, but not a 48" wing. It's 36" and moves pretty fast, even at only SP400 setup. If you want a 48" wing that is similar, get the eRaider from the same company.
If you feel the need for something faster and more agile right from the start, I'd get either the MiniXE or the Devastator or the eZipper. |

I honestly don't know what's available in the UK. I just happen to know that the Ele-Bee (x-ite) is very popular over there and readily available. Try contacting the manufacturers from the wings i mentioned and see if they have UK distributors or how much shipping would be...

About the smoke i looked it up and its just smoke cartrages. looks like a model rocket motor but smokes and mounts to the plane.
