Any good electric flight hobby shops in Jacksonville FL and vicinity?

It's time for my yearly pilgrimage to the Sunshine state and the lovely little woman is very easy to talk into large purchases after a long walk on the beach.......

Although not a huge selection of eFlight stuff, Hobby World on 103rd, just west off I-295, has the best selection in town. They are into the smalller scale stuff so you won't find any larger Hacker BL motors or big lipo packs. They have a good selection of plane kits though.

Depends on how you define "vicinity". Graves RC in Orlando has the best selection of electric RC in the southeast. Planes, brushless motors, ESC's, Lipo batteries all the GWS and APC e-props and just about any gearbox, charger or part you want.

And he prices very competatively.

Thanks Guys!

Hmmm! A Hacker and big lipo packs? Maybe I'm not thinking big enough.
Perhaps I should have said larger purchases (than normal). In any case I'll have to check these folks out.

The annual pilgrimage also always includes a side trek to see the mouse or this year to Islands of Adventure.

Dude, you HAVE to go to Graves! You'll pee in your pants when you see how much e-stuff he has
