Has anyone ordered from AirDynamics.com?

Hi all,

Has anyone ordered from Air Dynamics lately? I placed an order 2 weeks ago and about 4 days after placing the order I tried to make contact to change the order and have still be unable to reach them (both email and and phone).

I ordered some of this tape, as it looked execelent for a SS wing: http://www.nyblimp.com/ss.htm and I'm desperately awaiting my order

Just curious...

Yes, I've placed two orders with them. The first took about two weeks to arrive. The second (came last week) took about a week. On the first order I emailed Gabe when it hadn't shown up in a week, and it took a couple of days for him to get back to me with an apology for the delay. In short, I've not really had any problems with them.

I ordered some Zepron 5 weeks ago and still no word. I've sent 3 emails. My credit card was charged a couple of days after the order was placed. What is their phone number? Couldn't find it on their site.

I ordered like you guys and thought I had been shiested when nothing showed in a week or two, I finally got intouch with Gabe and he explained everything.. Basically, Gabe does the website on the side and sometimes can get backed up on real life issue's..I have ordered from him a few times since and have had great sucess.. If your order is a little late, he usually throws in a few goodies.

I have ordered stuff a couple of times and my most recient order has taken a while. I have always gotten my stuff though.

Okay, I'm approaching 3 weeks so I should get something, on average, in about a week.

Truthfully, I don't think he should run an online business if he can not meet standard expectations from customers. At the very least he should follow-up with his customers.

I just went through a credit charge dispute with my CC company and they have refunded me the $30.40 I paid AirDynamics.com almost 6 weeks ago.

I'm merely looking out for out fellow RC enthusiasts who order frequently on-line. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS RETAILER.

I think you are overstating the problem. Gabe just needs a more organized system for keeping up with his orders. I ordered some stuff on 8-4 and got it in yesterday { 8-10 }. I was missing 11 rolls of Blenderm but I am sure they will come in soon.

Nothing but BAD experiences with him (Gabe).

First order it took 1 month(!) to get my tubes and they were in stock.

Last time i ordered carbon tubes (>60$) they were ALL bent like crazy
(won't roll on a table!).

I have sent emails to him but he never cared to reply.

I will never order again from this guy.
