Anybody scratch building Coast Guard ships?
Just curious. Saw a kit I'm interested in, but don't remember who made it.
It was a "Hamilton" class WHEC 278' (High endurance cutter). I think it was about 4' long. Any help?
If not, I'm thinking about scratching it.

Scale Ship[yard has a fiber glass 378' hull in 1/96 scale at 47" long. Coast Guard Models also has a 1/96 scale 378' fiberglass hull. Loyalhanna Dockyard also sells the Coast Guard Models line of hulls.
Here's a pair of 210's I scratchbuilt while serving on the VIGOROUS. In the bow shot, CONFIDENCE is on the left and VIGOROUS on the right. I served on CONFIDENCE from August 81 to July 83; and on VIGOROUS from Oct 87 to June 89.
