Yeah it was good stuff, great to have a decent field and awesome to to see Dave out again!
Love racing with the extra bikes.

I can see every one coming along big time, we are going to have a pretty tight field very soon.
Seems like every time we hit the track everyone improves.

Can't wait, thanks for the help as well guys.

I didn't even freeze my butt off on the way home although the hot shower was appreciated.

Yeah,.. with the extra bikes you don't feel like your racing by yourself anymore, at almost every turn you have someone to battle with. We may even have another bike next meet too. Fingers X'd the bike class keeps growing. If that happens we could split the class into 2 groups, stock and open, and therefore be able to marshal ourselves.

Btw,.. my Roadies turned up yesterday but because I left for the track straight from work I did get to bring them to test. If I have some time off work thru the week I'll head out and let you'all know how they went..

Hi all, so are we all still on for practice this Saturday at Brendale..?

Ive got some Roadies tyres to test so I'll be there for sure.. I'll probably be there around 10'ish..

Sounds good to me becasue at this stage I will not be prepared for Gas Tourer on Sunday. I need to check the engine for leaks! and then it needs tuning time.
That could change tomorrow depending on workload. But otherwise I think I'll come and play with the bike for a couple of hours!

Rob, cool Hopefully you can make it. It should be a nice warm and sunny 25'degree spring day by the looks of things. Perfect for scrubbing in new tyres..

Hopefully i can make it, not sure yet.

We won't make it, but is there enough interest for racing at Sunny Coast on Sunday 16th?

hmm... I need to look after the boy from 11.30 for an hour so if I make it at all It'll be after that.

I'll have to check out the date Lars but if there's a show of hands then I'll definitly try.

@Lars,.. sounds good..! My B'day will be smack-bang between both race meets, 14th Friday night at Brendale and the 16th Sunday at Landsbrough.. It'll be a big weekend.. Looking forward to racing up there, that track reminds me of Wyallan in Sydney..

Also, what time does racing start/finish usually, if we all end up going? Hope it's not to early..

Racing starts at 10.00 and they don't usually get that many drivers, so it finishes earlier than Sunday meetings at Brendale. Graham http://www.rctech.net/forum/private....=newpm&u=14927 would give an for an estimate of when a meeting would finish.

Unfortunately I don’t think I can make it on the 16th. There is a family function o that I ‘knew’ about, but forgot and I don’t think I can skip it. Damn… anyway will see you Friday night. I’ve spent yesterday painting up the new body. Had a few issues with paint masks and my being impatient also. But it came out ok!

The Sunshine Coast won't be racing this weekend the 15th and 16th of Sep. because of the ORRCA Qld State Championships on at Meakin Park. Good Luck to everyone and have a fun time.
