Troy, I got s spare Integy shock anyway if you need one on Sunday.. You really need to get Revo shock, I've found them to be much better..

Well, I got my package from KPD, pretty stoked about that. I'll have the nitro bike with me that I raced in Spain, plus if I get time I'll have my new KP'09e setup ready to race too.. I'll also have some old spare bits with me to hock off if anyones interested.

Really looking forward to sunday, there should be about 5 of us., and maybe bigPo1, if he turns up.. Oh, and if anyone needs anything just let me know 0409 615 809 and I'll bring it with me for sunday..

Dave, it can't rain on sunday, the day has the sun named after it..

I had a revo on there last race meet and the thing snapped at the bottom thread and spewed shock bits all over the track! , i'm a little wary of them but i'll get a rebuild kit and give it another go.

No..,

They had a SlyFox malfunction and could'nt get it to run the heats properly, so you did'nt miss much. I think it was something to do with the race control computer has just been internetified and it's conflicting there somewhere.. I was told, and fingers X'ed,.. it should be fixed before the next meet.. We'll soon see..

Other than that, I think everyone had a good day anyway regardless, it was just a big practice day.., which is good cause you not racing against the clock or anyone.

I had the KPn out and did 2 tanks with it, still making mods to it till it starts to handle the way I like.. Also had my new KP09'e setup ready to race too, it handles superbly around the track, it was like it was running on rails and locking into the camber of each corner..

Yeah I still enjoyed the day, feel like we're all getting faster and more consistent on the track (well, except Shaun, he's fast enough already ) and we have the marshalls trained well now too

Looks like the next meet is going to be a big one, I hope they have the computer sorted out.

Having spent most of the ride home in front of, or behind Lenny, I think we all should run a tab on the date of his next speeding ticket

Bit of a bummer about the timer, but at least a good time was had, wish I was there.

I got a $200 speeding ticket 3 weeks ago

Well I did it! (woops)

I accidentally bought myself a brand new green GPV-1 on ebay.

I hope Troys bike isn't green also - I should of checked first LOL

That means there will be 4 1/8 scale bike to race soon.

Haha, yes mine is green!. No problem, the way I treat bodies i'll be up for a replacement soon enough anyway.
was thinking this afternoon, it might be easier on the marshalls with the 8th scalers, the track is proportionately much wider so (surely) it will allow more room for mistakes

I'd like to call for an "unofficial standard" for 6000KV brushless for the 1/8ths (yes, coincidentally, thats what ive got ) what do you guys think ?

Good thing is the motors are cheap and very available.

hey Troy, a cheaper motor is the castle creations 4200, if you. Buy direct from their site. Last time I checked was only 20usd.sue it's a. It slower but makes it easier around a 1/10 scale track. Could be a little slow for brendale though

Hi All,
I will be at Brendale for the next one. We were in Melbourne for the 1/8 off road Vic's. Our 14year old driver Justin Whitcombe made the Amain in his first major event well done Justin.
