Check out the thread on this plane. I'ts called the Insulator. It may be a little fast, depends on what your looking for. Bill Bergman has some plans made up for it.

foamfly.com also has a very innovative biplane that is a pusher, but you need to look all over the web site to find it. It has a lifting body sort of fuselage and a dual rudder. I really like the design because you don't break props.
