Frequency Flag and Channel Markers
I picked up a used Radio <HiTech Flash 4> and it did not come with the red frequency flag or black and white channel markers.
Does anyone know where I can buy them, or a neck strap for that matter of fact.

I don't see too many frequency flags at the field. You can get some frequency markers at your LHS, or you could make one out an index card and a black magic marker. Make the numbers nice and big, on both sides and then cover it with clear contact paper. Punch two holes in it near the top and attach it to your antenna with a couple of rubber bands.

Tommy, if you like a strap you might also like what comes with some of them. I use a strap and tray cause I only got one good hand, but even if I had two the tray seems like a good idea. Here are two to look at, I've got both but I really like the Elite Tray with Pro Pads http://petalrc.com/petals.htm
It is not cumbersome, is almost invisible, and is comfortable. You can get a foam tray made by robart and it even has a slot for your favorite brew. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXER97 The straps come free.
