Davie's 1/10 Scale C-17 Successful Flight!

In case anyone hasn't heard, Davie's (in England) huge C-17 flew successfully recently. A friend sent me some pics of it in flight and it looks SO REAL!! It's a turbine jet but since it is a jet, I figured I'd post in here since some of us don't always look in the gasser forums.

Congrats Davie!!

Davie, I hope you don't mind me posting the pic for you. But it's very exciting and the word is rapidly spreading in the USAF community.

Here's his site but I don't see the flying pics on it yet.

Simply amazing!!!

If that thing was mine it would never leave the ground... Four turbine engines and a couple grand at least in radio gear auguring into the ground should something happen would be the equivalent of driving my 4runner into a wall at 60 miles an our... only difference is my insurance would replace my 4runner...

Glad to see it in the air. Saw the c-17 befor it became in service at my base in the early 90's. Sweet looking bird.
