I 'm reading all the good things about these new motors and wonder Can i set them up in a multi motor project?? like say 6 motors? i have a Gigant project on the summer horizon any comments would be great.Many thanxs stefanP

Yes. Either with separate ESC's or in parallel using a sensoreless ESC.

My FW Ta 400 have the following data:

• Build comlete in balsa covered with epoxi and light fiberglass (a few parts will be in waccum formed plastic).
• Wingspan 4,35 m (app. 14.5‘)
• Target weight is 12-14 kg.
• 6 pcs. Robart mechanical retracts
• Fowler flaps (can’t find information about the flaps on the real plane) I build the plane with fowler flaps because these flaps are a challenge to build, and they look and work very good in the air)
• Motor: 6 pcs. S600 race 7.2v, 4.8:1 gearbox, 13x10 props (that is my standard motor/gearbox – if you have one of these motors, use it with a highrate gearbox, a big prop, and 10 cells…wow!!!) That was my target, but then Graupner, that supply this motor, changed the motor: The new S600 RACE 7,2v is not the same as the good old one !!!
  Therefore I have changed the 6 motors to homebuild brushless LRK 345-20 motors with homebuild speedy BL controllers, look at: LRK. and at: Speedy BL.
• 60-72 RC2400 cells. (10-12/motor).
• Expected flying time: 10 – 12 min
