Does any one have one of these? They are kind pricey at $165.00, but they have a certain cool factor about them. Molded wing structure and ARF.

I've heard they are on back order from Andre.

I like the all hollow molded construction. Ok... who's going to pony up the $165 and give us all a review? Anyone willing to take one for the team?

It is billed as a hand launch glider, so I don't know how good a aerobatic sloper it would make. It is cool looking though.

Yeah, send him an email, he'll get right back to you. Here's the response I got from him when I inquired about this plane back on 5/20:

Thank you again for your letter and interest in our gliders.
The Ghost 1.1M primarily was designed as a slope glider.(capable of DS)
Also equipped with electric drive unit to be an electro-glider.
Its fuselage can hold ballast weight or electric drive unit gear with
batteries.
Attached you will find a glider drawing to familiarize yourself with its
construction.

Also I would like to inform you that May 12 we received the first 10 Ghost
1.1M gliders, and at the present moment we have only one glider unclaimed.
But the good news is that by the end of June beginning of July we will be
receiving our next shipment with more of the GHOST 1.1M gliders in it.

You get your Ghost yet? One of the Ellwood locals (Bart) just received his "kit". I checked it out today and it is beautifully fabricated. Fuse and wing all joined together to make one unit. The canopy fits very nicely. Interesting pushrod setup, they poke through the wing.

Nah, I'll check back with Andre and see what gives. I'm busy building up a 54" PSS Super Tucano right now.....should be a medium + build so I'll have to drive some to shake it down.

I checked Art Hobby's price, it's actually $175.00. At 11 oz it must be very fragile. I can't wait to read the reviews.

Get a-building that Tucano!!!
