Can I slow-charge 16.8v pack with a 330d or Infinity ll ?

I'd like to balance the two NiCd packs for my cordless drill. It's 16.8 volts. Is there a program on the Schulze or Infinity that will let me charge these packs for 12-16 hours at 200ma and not harm the pack or the charger ?
Thanks

With the I2, you can select a charge rate of 200mA, and then a slow charge of 200mA (the max). If it peaks, it will simply switch to fixed rate slow charge.

Thanks, Andy. Another of the many features of the I-2.

Hi Alan, I think you can do the same on the 330-d. Hook up the battery on port #1 , you can change the auto 'C' to a fixed rate of charge with the + button I think. I think the 330-d will also charge a max of 14 hr. or something like that, and go to trickle. It has this info somewhere in the manual. (The manual could have been written a little better)

Thanks Kent. I'll give another look in the Schulze manual. I've got more than one pack to slow-charge.

Alan, You might also look at the flow chart I printed from Schulzes website. I folded it and put it in the manual. It walks thru the 2nd output stuff too. Good luck and have a nice week.
