What I did with my E-starter Equipment...
And part of an old Slow Stick aluminum fuse She works really well on wooden floors and carpets, and I've tested her on the water in my bathtub, but have yet to try a full scale pool setting.

Nice hovercraft! I've been tinkering with the full-sized ones, and they're tricky-especially the skirts. You seem to have done a great job, although I might havle placed the prop a bit higher to reduce drag.
Also, you could try using an EDF-70 for the lift fan, and an IPS or Johnson motor for the thrust fan.
Just my two yen.
