I'm selling it with the 2 HS-55's in place for $50.

Hey Guys,

Quick Question, What solder should i use to Solder Music wire together?

You think that 60/40 Acid Core with Acid Flux would do it?

Thanks

Now that's a pretty good deal! \

I still have my ALPHA P-47D THUNDERBOLT hanging and she will fly later with a brushless. After 5 crashes she is a littler havier but, still light enough to have a decent wing loading for her size.

After my experiences with these nicely detailed "Foam" models it is my personal experience that they fly very well and realistic. However, they are somewhat small in size and too fragile for my tastes.

Would I get another one....I don't think so...

Recommendation: It has been my personal experience that when these models nose in they tend to explode quite nasty like. The light weight foam airframe just explodes. No one is saying to crash them and instead I hope those that have them fly them without any mishap. However, experience tells me that everytime I re-enforced the frontal FUSE area of my P-47D THUNDERBOLT with strips of balsa planking (1/16 ") it sustained less damage in the subsequent nose in crash.

Best of luck Chuck (Mac8)!
Carlos.

p.s., My P-47D on my work bench is how she looks like after 5 crashes (3 almost fatal). The other pic's show the worst crash she sustained.

Ok guys, Time to start a new version of the thread. I'm out of town and will link this one to the new as soon as I can. If you would, whoever starts the new one, link it to this one.
Thanks!
Don
