Can someone recommend a easy 3D balsa plane for first time balsa builder?

I am wanting to build a 3D Balsa plane. I have never built a balsa plane. I have built a foamy 3D Foamy. Is there something out there that is idiot proof for a first time builder both as far as building and instructions? Thanks....

I have and built a MM's Tantrum; and just wish I could buy and build anotherone, I found it that enjoyable. I have not built one myself, but watching Martin et all building theirs I think the MJ is a good choice as well; other than I lean towards MM's planes as every one I've built I've really enjoyed and found a pleasure to put together! Just my 2 c's.

Thanks! I have been looking at both of those. Maybe I will get both! I appreciate the input.

You can't go wrong with either the tantrum or MJ for building. Also each are great flying airplanes. Basically pick which one you think looks better.

Hey Colin, is your's ready yet? Then we could have a fly off and really show off what is the most accomodating flyer; what do you think? Just joking of course 'cause they are both great planes to fly and build. Just a poke to get you motivated to finish your MJ and fly with my Tantrum!

Not much has been done this on the MJ. I finished a SX2 for Geof this weekend. I don't know if I am going to have much time to work on it for the next few weeks. I am heading to Vancouver for the weekend for a wedding, and also next weekend for easter. School will be taking up most of my other time now. I promise I will have the MJ done by the end of April. But who knows where I will be. Need to find a job for the summer.

LOL
