This kind of rig is not for everyone. but in some cases a company or production team needs a "ready to go" package that will require no muss and no fuss. Just a little time to get used to the operations and then go shoot. This kind of operation needs all the tests and trials to be done, and a perfectly working package to be read to go at a moments notice. This is the kind of product Aerialtronics provides. But this perfection comes at a price. Unfortunately this price was not listed, but I can take an educated guess that it’s not cheap. But again, there is a specific market for this kind of rig.
Let’s take a look at the latest offerings from Aerialtronics the ATX4 & ATX8.

My Pulse 10,000 mHa batts weigh 2.8 lbs each = 5.6lb or 2.5 kg
So 2.5 +3.1 = 5.6kg with my Normal styled packs. So 5.2kg is not THAT far off.
If they have some packs specifically made for the rig I bet they could get them down a bit..
But you are correct, their specs seem a bit suspect!
hmmm, now....are they making thier own motors etc too? says everything is "in house". hmmmm
and why does there "ad" commercial sound like a video game concept??LOL just sayin. looks and sounds like a titanfall ad for a robot
something else that erks me , is stating they have been around for awhile? never heard of them myself, anyone else?
