Here's a shot of the carbon pieces i've made to form the undercarriage and wing mounts. Note the carbon discs i'll be using for the wheels and the lower wing spar. The cf arrow shaft i've used is hollow so I bent a 1 inch long piece if steel which fitted perfectly inside the shaft, I then wound the join with cf rovings and run some thin ca into the carbon.

And a shot of the partially completed undercarriage, another stay will run just under the lower wing, most measurements are to scale directly off a 3 view of the Camel, the wheels are only placed there aslo.

Here's a shot of the under carriage with a little mork work done. The carbon discs looked a little funky so I stuck some white vinyl on them, the carbon now looks a bit like the tyre......

Ok, back to the build. Next up was fitting the bottom wings. Very easy really, all I did was glued the inner wing ribs to the sides of the fuse. As you can see I have given the rib area a good sand.

Next I run the carbon spar thru the other side of the fuse and added the other rib to the other side.

I then added the first lower wing panel by tacking it to the rib with ca then running ca the full length of the rib. ca blaster will need to be used on most joints.
