I think none... I do not recall any.

Only peanut scale kits.

Pistachios were mostly built out of plans...

Never seen a pistachio kit either. Best way to get a Pistachio plan is to shrink down a peanut plan and use smaller wood. That worked for Walt Mooney!

Go nuts!

What I would like to build is a tiny old timer competition model like the Peck polmer Moth. That model is 24" span I think. May have to reduce rib count and sliced rib top covered under camber wing to get weight out of larger model design?

You can find plans for the Momth (FA or Flying Aces Moth) on the net. Here is one on Outerzone:
http://www.outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=1828

I would do it this way:
Print the plan to fit on an 8.5 x 11 page in landscape orientation. I just did this and it comes to, would you believe? 8 inches.
Build with 1/32 or 1/20 light balsa
For the wing, leave out every 2nd and 3rd rib out from the center section
Tail surfaces, just the outlines and spars
Fuselage. Maybe remove 1/3 of the uprights and cross pieces. It will be a very tight fuselage, but I think a loop of 1/16 rubber will fit OK, just don't make it very long.
Use a balsa prop and make it light. This version of the plan has a long nose!

Thanks for the help guys...if you know of a good flying simple old timer that would lend itself to reduced scale even better than the Moth, I am open to it. My goal is a good flyer.

I have found some pistachios in Algy2's scans from Aeromodeller. One that's in my collection of plans is of a '20's German airliner, a nice high winger, with bones by Dave Linstrum. Instead of me re posting it you should be able to find it from the file name. Otherwise, there are more pistachios out there by Dave you could search for using Dave's name.

Well I can actually make the print wood for pistachio scale models if your interested. I've done it with a comet tbf avenger that I scaled to pistachio scale and made the plans and the print wood that small and just used a balsa stripper to make a smaller sized stringers.

I've seen pistachio sized old timers flown indoors. They were entertaining. Pick something with a low aspect ratio wing.

This one was always meant to be small, but looks a lot like an old timer:

I built one of these at the original size. Flies nicely indoors, and very slowly. I tried to use light wood, but I did make the specified bamboo wing tips, which added a lot to the weight. If you hang a plastic prop on it, it will be severely nose heavy. It looks nice with a carved wood prro

Some old ROG's and such that are already pretty small would make nice "pistachios" too:

This design is already a miniature old timer, but a further reduction to pistachio size might be pretty good:
