What is a good Tachometer?

I may just give up on trying to figure out my old analog tach and buy a new digital one. I've heard there are good ones and bad ones. What are the good ones? Can you simply enter the number of blades on your prop and get a direct reading?

Thanks
RB

Have owned one of the cheap ($30)ones from Hobby Shack for several years.. has proven durable and accurate.. has a switch for 2 and 3 blade props.

I'm using the Hangar 9 DVT. It has 2, 3, and 4 blade prop options, and has a built-in loading voltmeter for tx and rx packs. I am happy with it.
