any one have problems with helihobby

I made a order Febuary 2nd for the metal head,swash, gear ETC. on my piccolo. About a week latter I got SOME of the parts with a letter stateing that the other parts are on back order. There ad NEVER said that the parts are out of stock. My damn heli has been grounded since Febuary 2nd. My credit card has been charged and I don't have my parts. Why am I wasteing my time calling that damn place. SOS answering machine for 3 days now , during there busness hours I been calling every 10 mins. I should of listened to some of my friends and read the post about heli hobby. I have read some post saying that they are good but in this case THEY SUCK

Sorry to hear of your troubles with Helihobby. If you read the threads here and over at www.runryder.com you'll find many people unhappy with them, and some of those guys have been waiting even longer for their parts.

The one time I ordered from them, everything went smoothly, but at the time I had only heard small problems. After hearing all the new issues people are having, I wont be buying from them at all.

Do a search on this forum and you will find many unhappy customers.
Someone posted a phone number for them. I would search for that.

I am a Japanese EP-heli flyer.
I have a trouble with Helihobby, too.
I paid for many goods by using PAYPAL 07.Mar.04, but I have not recieved yet.
I doubted and asked them the situation of my parcel.
He said that I don't know such an order.

How do I do in this situation?

Don't no what to say

I really don't no what you can do useing paypal..... I used my charge card and was able to stop that charge. I made a order Feb 2nd and to this day I still don't have all my parts to complete the head on my heli. I said it many time before and I'll say it again, HELIHOBBY SUCKS, They have screwed so many people I don't no why anyone stills orders from them. PEOPLE HAVETO READ THE POST??????????

I have not recieved the parcel, yet and I became impossible to contact to Helihobby.com.
I was deceived by them more than 1100 dollars.

I am a really sad feeling.

If you paid by PayPal, you have 30 days to file a complain with PayPal for non-receipt of goods to reverse the transaction and get your money back. If you paid 3/7, your time is coming up. I would not care about contacting helihobby at this point. If you have not received the package, file the complain first.
