The subject line is of course a little insider joke for the R/C Groups veterans

I'm just popping in to say "Hello!" I've been away far too long. Several distractions kept me away from here and from building/ flying in general, but thankfully things are easing and I've been able to hit the air again. I'm still loving the Attitude, it's usually the one I grab when I can squeeze in a flight or 2. The 010 Mini Speedwing has also been a good one for the winter, doesn't seem to care a whit if there's any wind or some water on the ground. Flying has generally been infrequent due to a lousy schedule and rainy/ windy conditions.

I've got a couple of projects that I'm resuming, the little Aerojet freeflight conversion has been sitting for months as has the Dare Fokker.

Anyway, hope everyone is well!

The slow stick will be far more forgiving and is a better trainer for a first timer... hehe, j/k. Good to see you back again, wondered where you'd gotten off to.

Wayne, good memory! I sold that one to a local and he beat the crud out of it learning to fly. He ended up recovering it and gave it to his son for him to beat the crud out of learning to fly

I was a bit disappointed when I heard as it had a great covering scheme on it. Oh well, the MSW is still flying the Texas colors at least

Thomer, any recommendations?

I'll let ya'll in on a secret, another reason I've been drawn from flying is my Harley now has a stablemate

It's a Buell of some sort. I think. Maybe. Belt is on the other side, but that exhaust layout and instrument cluster is pure Buell.

Mmmm.... torque....
