The OpenPilot REVO is a compact flight controller with some serious computing power. Using the STM32F4 series, 210MIPS ARM Micro-controller, and a full 10DOF (degrees of freedom) with gyroscope, magnetometer, accelerometer, and pressure sensors, The REVO offers a level of control that will set the standard for future controllers.
Included with the REVO is a 433Mhz antenna that attaches to the OPLink modem on the board. This allows real-time telemetry for a ground control station setup. 433Mhz is currently the only frequency available with additional frequencies coming later. A GPS is also in the works and will be available in late December of 2013, according to GetFPV.com.
We're looking forward to hearing more from our RCGroups.com users on the REVO and some field reports.
