New Product
Dynam Bf110 1500mm Wingspan

Hi all

Thanks to Malden86 breaking the story about the new Dynam Bf110 over at the Dynam Warbirds Owners Thread, and the amount of discussion it has already generated, I have made this thread for us all to discuss the new Dynam Bf110.

I am so excited about this plane. I have been hanging off to get my first twin warbird as most have not yet tickled my fancy, but this one already looks to be a winner.

Now what do we think? 3cell or 4celk setup? Battery sizes?

My opinion is that it will be a 3cell setup like most other twin engine setups.

Also what schemes would you like to see?

Cheers, MP

Looks good. I like the lack of paint. Hopefully they sell it this way too.

Can't wait to see which livery Dynam picks for this bird! There are so many really cool ones!

I bet they put some lower kv motors in it and design it for 4s operation.

That's what I would think. Lower amp draw for more run time.

I hope that you guys are right and they do go for a four cell setup. That would be great. However, given Dynam's previous two last twin engined prop warbirds were three cell setups, I think that is the way they will go. I would not be too concerned if they do as from what I have seen if the Dynam Catalina, it will hum along.

I posted a heap of 'Wasp' (thanks Griphin) paint schemes over in the Dynam warbirds owners thread, here is some others I have found including one of the wasp ones. Which ones do you guys like? Hopefully we can get Dynam to produce the one we want.

Cheers, MP

I am guessing the scheme will be similar in fashion/color on the current German birds that they have (190, 109, 262). NP needs to offer it in whatever scheme they decide on and also the plain white for buyers to paint themselves. They do that with the Peaks currently. This plane would be a good candidate for this option.

Here's Dynam's brushless motor list. Maybe they will put two 890kv's in there with a couple 40A ESC's. Parallel them up with a 4s battery and it will be ready to rock!

Looks like it will have the same power setup as the DC-3. The props look the same in the pics.

I have the Dynam Grand Cruser and it rocks with a 3S. But this is a bigger plane! 4S would be cool!
