Just got a new one with all of this equipment

The version number is 1.1.1. I will take a photo of it displaying the new V2 naza and the extra antenna along with the gimbal lever.

Here are the photos I was talking about. - I did not take a photo of the transmitter but it did come with a lever. I also did not open the cover for the shooting because there is some serious wire packing with the Gimbal AND transmitter. Like trying to fold a map

I wonder if those little chunks missing from the side of the prop hub are for balancing purposes, or if that's part of the mold...

I always balance my props at the blades and the hub in this manner to get the best vibration free platform. Would be nice if DJI is doing that from the factory.

TRUE balanced props from the factory is an amazing thing.
I recently got a set of the T-motor props for one of my larger Hex's and OMG... to open a package and strap on a set of no toil, no trouble, perfectly balanced props is ALMOST worth the money they charge.

I thought it wasn't good practice to remove material from the hubs to balance (add tape or hot glue to the light side instead)?

Removing "a little" material is perfectly acceptable on these blades/motors where the rpms aren't enough to cause a structural failure at the hub. However, that's just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.

I always remove material from the prop hubs of my multi's.

On fast, high rpm setups...no way!

I thought the V1.1.1 version was the new one.

Chad. thats what I posted with photos

Mine has all the new fangled gizmos and such but its labeled 1.1.1.

Secondly, how can you check the balance of the new props with the new hub glued onto them?

The price was reduced 2 months ago and price protection was honored for 30 days for folks that had already purchased. The phantom has under gone several updates over the past months with the latest versions we have even having new receivers for better reception and range. Also look for a spring loaded throttle and two colored prop hubs that are counter rotating to help keep the props on tight.

One thing I didn't see mentioned here was users have confirmed they bound a Futaba radio to the Phantom RX. No need for a Futaba RX if you want to use your own radio. They relocated the bind button as well so it is easy to get to.
