Nice plane Modelholic , I like your motor selection also . I have about 50 to 60 diesel motors and my PAW .09 TBR R/C is one of my favorites . Runs smooth and throttles down very well .

Yes, you just either love them or hate them and I love 'em.

Thanks.

I've purchased fuel from Eric Clutton ( Dr. Diesel ), but his book has instructions on making your own fuel . I found making your own easier than ordering it but sometimes pick it up at the Toledo show . I think the first fuel I used back in 1962 was OK Cub fuel . I still have my first diesel , a Super Tigre .09 G 31 .

I do love the unusual and the LITTLE RED TWIN sure fits that bill. I am guessing that is a design from Europe? I should ask Who was the designer?

Keith Laumer

The Little Red Twin was designed by the late Keith Laumer. He had a multitude of mostly FF designs. He was most noted for his SciFi novels. The one shown is FF but may someday become RC. The wing was a published FF from the 70's. It has a 6' span and flies easily on the .049. All up weight is 22 ozs with a full size receiver and 600 mah battery.

The Skampy is just too cute and I love the Super Sniffer!

What fuel to you run in the diesels and where do you get it? I'd like to try a diesel for my self.

Envious yes you bet - they are beautiful - love the Taube. How does she fly? Any chance of a more detailed description. I've been thinking of converting an old free flight Taube to 3 channel with the same PAW03 powerplant.
