Shhht, post 3132... But since it's one of my favorite for the Cub, it's ok. I truly hope this guy fly it again, with a closer shot from the cameraman....

Hi there i just set up my cub and am having the same issue. Motor cuts out when any control surface is used. I would greatly appreciate it if you found a solution that you could share it with me. I cant seem to find an answer.

Thanks

Are you running it in stock configuration? Meaning 6S pack, or are you running a lower voltage. Sounds like it could be Low Voltage Cutoff

The throttle trim should make no difference. Where was the throttle trim set before you moved it to the minimum?

sorry i guess it was because i had taken off the prop, with no prop it didnt cut out, but with the prop on the motor it cuts out as soon as i use any of the other control surfaces.

This is a new one which I have never heard anybody have before with an electric plane unless you mixed the throttle cut on your radio to one of your control surfaces. What kind of radio do you have? Is the plane a BNF?

It could be some bad solder joints on the battery connection or simply your ESC is bad.
