Looking for a GOOD night flyer..
I've gotta find a plane suitable for night flying... i just wanna try it out... i guess i'd want something stable, with ailerons, elevator... something to fly around at night in my backyard.. any reccomendations...

i would recommend the gws pico cub or tigermoth. none of these have alierons but they fly really close and slow and their bright yellow paint is very easy to see. i think red baron 47 (i think its him ) has constructed alierons and put them on his cub. hope this helps

I'd get a duskstik. With the built up construction you could put several small glowsticks (their about 1.5 in. long) or a few LED's and have a great setup. Put the light source close to the covering and it should disperse the light on the covering and really make it glow.

Hard to beat the Slow stick.
The underside of the wing is bright white and very reflective.
I have about sixty leds clear taped or hot glued to one.
All the way from a Curtek system (no longer available it seems) to dozens of the "dollar store" blinkies. (best source for them is ebay)
It's so predictable and inexpensive and with a brushless motor on it it's really quiet.
For some really cool special efffects put a few white keychain led lights on the end of 20 plus foot long strings or threads.
Really adds an alien creature look to it. (stops traffic everywhere)
