Vaterra 1969 Camaro SS Brushless

Built for Misbehavin’!

Splash

The Vaterra 1969 Chevy Camaro SS brushless V100-S 1/10 4WD RTR is a stunning replica of the full-scale 350HP+ muscle car and looks are not the only thing it has going for it.

OVERVIEW

Tires scream as 396 cubic inches of big block aggression comes off the leash. Your neck muscles tense as acceleration pins you to the seat and hurls you forward. The edges of your vision bends into a blur. Your heart pounds. All you see in the rearview mirror is a cloud of white smoke and two lines of molten rubber rapidly fading into the distance. Such was the scene at many a traffic light when the 1969 Camaro SS first hit America’s streets. Even today, the sight and sound of a ’69 SS easing up to the line can send chills down the spine of anyone who loves muscle car legends.

The Vaterra® 1969 Camaro SS sport coupe is less an RC car and more a statement of intent. Like its legendary inspiration, its aggressive lines and awesome power make it abundantly clear it was built to misbehave. Equipped with a Dynamite® 3300Kv brushless power system and 3000mAh 2S Li-Po, it can blow the doors o¬f most cars in its class, right out of the box and is capable of speeds close to 40mph. But straight line speed isn’t all it has going for it. A low center of gravity, double wishbone suspension, wide tires and shaft-driven 4WD give you all the traction and control you need to carve the corners too.

Now its actually worth it to get one of these!!! Hopefully they make the GTR brushless.

I would LOVE a brushless Lamborghini Reventon from Vaterra. That would GREAT!!!!!

I can settle for a BMW M3 too though. (Bimmer fanboy) M6 would be sick though.

Damn, I like all those choices. It would be so hard to decide on just one.

Sorry guys, I am a Chevy lover but the profile ( side view ) of this model hardly resembles the 69 Camaro I have always admired. The grill and tail lights resemble the real one but nothing else does.

I see what you mean. Part of the odd shape is the fact that it must line-up with the tires and that throws off the proportion of an RC car a great deal. For me, I still like it a lot.

Can't wait to get the new one. Here's my RS from Vaterra. Through some LED's in the front and back. Took a while, flush mounted them and covered the tail lights with the stock decals.

Photoshop the carpet on the 3rd picture to resemble a road, and it's totally real. Nice job!

Got them online from After Dark LEDs. They have some great kits. I bought one of the color changing kits that come with the headlights taillights and colored side lights with a remote. I didn't install the colored ones yet. Not sure if I will
