If its not listed, that would be a no.... I dont see the point of putting telemetry on something you wont be able to SEE at 50 yards....

Complications using throttle curve (heli-mode) on nQx?

I know that many people like to use a throttle curve with a quad.
Throttle curves tend to come with heli (as opposed to airplane) mode on many Tx's.
But with the nQx this may cause complications.
With the nQx, the switch between "stability" and "agility" mode comes from the channel for Flaps on airplanes:
http://www.horizonhobby.com/pdf/BLH7600-Manual_EN.pdf (see Dx6i, Dx7 rows on page 13).

For spektrum, the airplane flaps channel is the same as the heli pitch channel: channel 6
(http://www.horizonhobby.com/pdf/DX6i-Manual_EN.pdf page 15: "C FLAP on ACRO type and PITC on HELI type" )
So in heli mode, one will need to somehow mix pitch out of channel 6, and mix in some switch to channel 6 in order to switch between "stability" and "agility" modes.

not really a problem. Just set the pitch curve to all 0 (or all 100, depends on how the thing is set up) and then no matter where the throttle stick is, the channel will be in the same position. Then set up a mix on whatever switch you want to toggle channel 6.

Thanks!. I had something similar in mind (yours is cleaner, 1 less mix), but was not sure as I do not have a Tx with such mixes yet.

Hadn't thought of that. I was thinking more of the RTF tx.. Let's hope they do something to make the DX7/8 shine!

Looks like it's not made of the same glass as the landing gear of the Nano CPx

I'm haven't decided if I want to pre-order, but I'm definitely picking one of these up. Love the looks!

Anyway, in order to get your one TX to rule them all, buy one of these:
http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Wa...r-p-52143.html

Then upgrade the firmware to this:
http://www.deviationtx.com/repositor...viation-3.0.0/

Finally, yank the TX module out of your v911 RTF transmitter, and install it as per this:
http://www.hacksmods.com/2013/04/wal...ky-hubsan-mod/

Alternative 1: get the devo 10 instead of the 7e. The 7e is Walkera's 6-channel RTF transmitter. It's small, and only has two two-position switches beyond the sticks. Ok for flying micro helis and quads, even including a CP heli, but if you want something fancy (like the v959), there's not enough controls. The 10 is full size and has a more reasonable set of controls.

Alternative 2: Get the Turnigy 9xr and a dsm module from hobby king. That flys the nQX and other DSM2/DSMX craft. You can buy a FlySky module for it as well, though HK doesn't sell that. That's the v911. You can find schematics and instructions for building a Hubsan module to fly the X4 on the web.

Don't get the Devo 7e as its to small and you'll likely regret it

Devo 10 is much better
