anyonw know if i could move my top wing on the gws pt-17 to make the CG more aft?
ok my gws pt-17 bi plane is just two tail heavy, i need 11 ounces of weight in the nose to make the CG right. my lipos are only 4 ounces so i need to add 6 opunces which is alot of weight for nothing. any one know what would happen if i moved the top wing back and left to bottom wing where it was. would it still fly correct? would that throw the CG farther aft or not

this does not sound like you have it completely assembled. if you haven't done so allready, build it up completely and then see what happens.

yes actuaaly i have finished it and i need to put 10 ounces in the nose to make the CG right. the top wing is connected with struts that's why i was wondering if i could move it back more

cg change
is the top wing foward of the bottom wing
if so you can move the top wing back till the top and bottom wings are even. |

do you have any picks of your plane
may be move the motor foward or can you make lightening holes in the rear. |
