The thing that really confuses me it says right on the item discriptin on the home depot site "can not ship to CA or OR" yet they say my local HD has 8 in stock????

Look Harder .
I Just bought some the other day.. in Vancouver.
From a Glidden Paint outlet store.
Buying Glidden paint from a Glidden shop.. who woulda thought
And the label has a wee ICI logo on it ... just to add confusion.
I found it by Googling: Glidden, then telephoning the closest identified store..
just to be sure :-)
Happily the Store was only 10 mins away.
Ten Bux ..out the door price for a Litre. Didn't want a Gallon Or a Fiver
When asked; they claimed lots of stock on hand, always, as it's a fast selling/popular product.

I think in this case CA means California not Canada, :-)

Very good tip. I'd never heard of it myself. Looks to hold really well.

it being latex thats a good question.

Id also like to know if there is a significant weight differance between Gripper, rubber cement, spray glue and gorilla glue. I could get weights on most of them but not the gripper weight.

It hot wires just fine , even in Canada... hahahaha
It IS a pigmented product so a little heavier ... just don’t Glob it on ... you don’t need much to join foam for our uses .. apply sparingly !!!
We bought a gallon to build planes and work on my new Foamie trailer to carry Foamie planes ...
Working on a Foam EZ canard made of foam meat trays .. I’ll post some pics as it happens to better illustrate the process...
I need to try it on EPP too ...

I will be trying the gripper. Sounds like a perfect match for my building and flying/crashing style. Need not be fast (no CA or Hot glue for me). I need strong and light! Non foaming will help me build better looking models.

You need to tell us more about that trasiler stuff?

Hello
So this Glidden Gripper will work on DollarTree foam and the pink and blue also? What about laminating a wing 30" by 12" say like a foamjet ? Take a couple days to dry that way?
I was thinking of trying the contact cement but maybe this will work better. Nine something a qt. here at Home Depot. Thanks

Amazing, a traveling hangar. Nicely done, as well.
Well beyond my needs tho.

Bare , the original idea was so I could go to fly-ins and have a place to store , and work on planes , and have a place to camp next the runway .. Total weight , less planes is ~ 380# .. so light I can easily move it buy hand .. 2“ Blue Foam ... Just like making a Big Model Foamie fuselage .
