Depron Tiger Moth from Peter Rakes Plan

Finsh the Tiger Moth from Peter Rakes Plan, Power plant is Nppy 280 with 8x1050 cells, flys with authority. let me know what you think.

Paint is arcylic paint, just one coat, No, it is not all Depron, it is strengthened by Balsa, plane is from Scale Flying Model, a free plan come with the Magazine.

Great job. GWS may have some competition from you!

It looks like both wings are single sheet undercambered airfoils. Could you, please, tell us your method for forming the airfoil?

Nice airplane. The Tigermoth is a popular RC model I notice. GWS and Great Planes makes them.

Jim: Thanks, If you look closer, both wings are double sheeted, the wing is build up using ribs (depron) and spars (Balsa), top and bottom is a full 2mm. depron sheets, leading edge is a 1/4" sq. balsa, sanded to shape afterward. the curvature is so gentle, no forming is needed. I put a narrow carbon fibre sheet on the trailing edge. Wing is very strong and light building this way.
