RocHobby/FMS F-16
I've found a few threads on MotionRC, but nothing dedicated to the F-16. I seen Rich from RCInformer has a blog on it, but no thread.
Heres the link and the spec: http://www.motionrc.com/rochobby-f-16-falcon-arf/ RocHobby F-16 - Receiver Ready The RocHobby F-16 is a fun to fly, predictable EDF jet built with very scale details. This airframe is very "floaty" and easy to land yet has plenty of power and maneuverability. The brushless EDF power system puts out 850g of thrust while the flying weight of the RocHobby F-16 is a feather light 575g. This is one of the many things that make this RC EDF jet a blast to fly. With nylon hinges, a brushless motor, 35A ESC, and 5 micro servos already in place, this Receiver-Ready replica of the famous F-16 Falcon can be turning heads and drawing attention at the field after installing your receiver and battery of choice! Like all RocHobby planes, this one is manufactured by FMS. Features 850g of thrust from the 4600Kv brushless motor, flying weight 575g Separate servo for front wheel steering Nylon pinned hinges on all control surfaces Smooth and predictable performance Highly detailed scale design Brushless motor, ESC and 5 micro servos installed Requires 4-6 Channel Radio - Click Here for recommendations 4-6 Channel Receiver - Click Here for recommendations 3 Cell 11.1V 1800 mAh Lipo Battery - EPR18003 Lipo Battery Charger - Click Here for recommendations Skill Level: Intermediate Build Time : 1.5 hours Wingspan 730mm / 28.7in Length 1100mm / 43.3in Flying Weight 575g Power System Brushless 4600Kv Speed Control 35A, Internal 4A SBEC, T Connector Propeller / EDF 64mm EDF Servos 9g×5 Landing Gear Fixed Required Battery 11.1V 1800mAh 25C 3 cell LiPo Required Radio 4 Channel Rudder No - use channel to steer front wheel Flaps No Ailerons Yes Lights No Hinge Type Nylon pinned hinges on all control surfaces Material EPS Foam |

As far I got before the wife made me come inside
I always place heat shrink over the extension connectors as added security. Been doing it for years. Similar to Scotch tape guys have put on theirs. I powered up before installing the wings or horizontal to check the servo horns and they were all pretty much close 90. I didn't have to adjust any servo horns.. |
