Mixing digital and analog servos

Is there any problem mixing analog and digital servos in a sailplane? I'm building a woodie and plan to use digital servos for the rudder and elevator and analog for the spoilers. I can't think of any problems but electronic is not my strong suit.

Not a problem, unless you have one of the new high-speed spread-spectrum receivers. In that case, your analog servos make not work with the higher frame rate.

I've done this in a couple of different airplanes (using old 72mHz receivers) with no issues.

I am currently doing just as you describe using Airtronics FHSS-3 receivers. Took a bit of tweaking centers/end points with the spoilers closed to avoid buzzing. Works great.

As stated by everyone else, I have done this with no problem.

Some new receivers and some new servos can take higher voltages than the older models. But if you are running 6V or less, this should not be a problem.

Certain radio/receiver combinations provide the option for high speed/low latency signaling. It is my understanding that this requires digital servos, but I would check with your radio manual. but if you are running at "normal" rates there is no problem mixing regular/and digital servos.
