Tinknocker resurrects this project with awesome results!
From RCGroups.com user tinknocker:
I dug out an old set of Francis Smith plans for the 85' tug that I built almost 20 years ago. I started it just before Christmas hoping to have it ready for the beginning of the season. The Cat has been on the back burner for this project so I will get back to it when the tug is ready to go. Thanks for looking.
Hope you enjoy.
I got the plans from Bill Northrup many years ago. I have no idea where to get them today. So far, it is a nice boat to build. I did build an East Coast Dragger from Northrup's plans because the real boats are homeported here in Manasquan, NJ. That was also a nice boat to build.
