Emma C. Berry

Here's hoping that someone out there has a copy of the original plans for the Emma C. Berry gaff masted schooner kit that was made by Sterling. I had built the model in the 70's, gave it to my daughter who left it behind on a house move. I'd like to rebuild it. Does anyone have or know where I can get a set of plans for her.

Thanks in advance.

Actually yes. My son has a trawler and I wish I'd have given him the schooner. It took 5 years to complete. A lot of customization.

Skipper,
I have the plans. They're a little ratty from being in my barn loft for 15 years, but usable. I also have the original sail cloth uncut, I didn't do sails. Drop me a PM with your address if you're interested and I'll get them in the mail in a few days. There are also lots of pieces and parts in the box. I'll have to go through them and see if there is anything you could use.

If you look it up in google you will find that she sailed in 2 configuations both single and twin masted. Mystic museum has it restored in the original single masted style. Plans are available for that version too.

NOt sure if this is any help.

Looked through my Plans area & found 4 pages of Emma Berry Stuff showing Layout etc..

They look to be FULL SIZE copies of the Kit Instructions.. All 4 pages are approximately 1m long.

No Frames that I can locate..

You can have them at cost of postage or if you have someone local (OZ WA) then they can collect..

Postage will be high from Australia.. Will need to pack in Long Post Tube. Pick-Up preferred

I have no use for them.

Cheers

John
