Question about CG
I've just finished this 40 inch ws pusher trainer. The wing chord is 5 inches yet when I go to adamonerc to use the cg calculator it gives me a final cg of a little over 2 inches.I know the general rule of thumb is about 25%-30% of wing root chord. Is it just me or does the 2 inch cg calculator total seem too far back? I'm pretty certain that I put in the numbers correctly and decided on 10% static margin.Any input, thoughts,or suggestions would be greatly appreciated If anyone has any similar build experiences I would also be interested in that too.

Use another CG calculator and see if it agrees.
Here's one from NASA. http://www.nasascale.org/howtos/cg-calculator.htm
I liked this one because it does all kinds of planes. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1106300
