True, RC Groups does not need to actually accept uploads and host videos anyway. Most of the videos in the Video Gallery were links to off-site hosting. Youtube, vimeo etc. A specified area to organize these video links was convenient. I see no reason not to bring it back and just allow embedded videos only. |

Instead of merging this thread with the other one like it in Site Chat I will post some info on our Recent Videos page:
The Recent Videos Page Our Recent Videos page shows every YouTube and Vimeo link posted on RCGroups.com. This page is sortable by the channels, airplanes, helis, multirotors, boats, cars and sailplanes. We are also adding an FPV channel so you will soon be able to sort by that too. You can use the advanced search and sort by the video category to find the old videos that were uploaded to RCG and moved out of the video forums. Remember that only videos uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo can be embedded on RCG. CHECK IT OUT HERE |
