Mermaid depron water/park flyer ***Plans***
Here is my new water/park flyer loosely based on the Mermaid M6 amphibious light sport aircraft.
The wing span is 1050mm (41").
Construction is all 6mm depron with some carbon and plywood reinforcement. I used the following equipment:
Motor: 2212-06 (2200kv)
Prop: APC 6x4E
Lipo: 3S 2200mah
Servos: 4x Hitec HS-55
The model is a nice and docile flyer that can do gentle aerobatics. It easily takes off from short grass. I have not flown it from water, but taxi tests did not reveal any problems. I will update the thread when I get a chance to do some water flights.

Looks great Marcel, thanks for posting the plans and very detailed build guide. Do you have any flight videos? I look forward to reading (and hopefully seeing ) your water flights.

Excellent work as usual!
I took the liberty of tiling your plan for both letter and A4 printing, hope you don't mind.
