RDS Servo Repair F3B Target
I have had a mishap with one of my flaps and now either the servo is loose, or the RDS mechanics are.
I have studied this thread: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1563908 on how to rectify the problem. Two questions that remains unanswered: 1) How do you cut a hole into the wing to end up with the tidiest lid solution? Is the weapon of choice -a dremel with a small cutter (ragged edges of lid?) -or rather a cutter with some sort of pattern to cut around? -anything else? 2) How do go about fixing the RDS linkage which goes from the servo to the flap? This is not accessible from the servo lid. Any experience welcome. Thanks! |
