JR DS362 Voltage

Hi Guys,

I am using a JR DS362 servo on throttle, which is currently regulated to 5.6 volts as i am using a Li Ion battery.
I am considering changing to LiFe batteries and would like to know if any one is using this servo on LiFe's unregulated, without any problems.

Thanks for any advice given.

Micro servo on a Jet's throttle?????

Regardless... it's a 4.8v servo... so NO... DO NOT run it with out a regulator. And honestly... 5.6 v is too much for it too. You should have it between 4.8v and 5v.

You can run the rest of the system with a LiFe battery without a regulator... and just put an inline reg on that servo. OR... put a different servo in it.
