I wanted to share my little acro quad with you guys, i'm not the best builder and that may not be the best quad you have seen but anyways

i made this for training my LOS flying and acrobatic skills, flips and loop are ok but i wanted to train the other stuff(like warthox does), for that i didn't wanted to risk my fpv ship anymore(it began to become expensive )

so i took my friend old x525 frame(which was in bad shape/broken landing gear and motor mounts) and cut it down to a 340mm size.used some old motor from a older build, used some rctimer 20A esc(flashed them myself/i am a little paranoid when its about the ntm 1200kv, timing problems stuff). some gaui props and 2650mah lipo that were lying around, and that came out

just waiting for a multiwii board....

Newer SimonK is supposed to have fixed the NTM issues.

Dude, that quad looks like it'll hover as soon as you arm it, should be a lot of fun!

That why I flashed them myself, you can never know which firmware rctimer uses.

Great flying..........i have built a 330 quad for practising stunts..my 450 felt to big....the 330 is much more agile,weighs 600g....still trying to do flips etc!!

Symon, what is your fc? For being able to do flips, the most important thing is the fc and it's settings.

I have the KK2 board..i have only been flying quads since beggining of january,,,so still new....i have gradually been upping my stick scaling,and turned self level off!,,,,hopefully will be flipping soon!!!

Do you always fly,with the front at the front..if you know what i mean!...in X config...

Upping your stick scale and turning off the self leveling is the right way for a flip

if you look closely to my video you can see that i have no problems with orientation, i don't always fly with the front at the front

you can see it better in my onboard video of mu quad, you will see that my front is not always at front

Thanks Deno. I've got to get a lot of stick time under my belt:-) initially I was only interested in AP, but after watching guys like bobepine, Paul B n yourself I want to do a bit of acro flying too:-) Going to get me a bag of props and start thrashing the quad around:-)

Did my first flips today!!!!...only cost me three props and an arm..so not bad!

we didn't had any of self leveling at that time (except of mikrokopter and multiwii/which were too complicated/expensive for me at then)

it was a normal kk board, and if i don't remember wrong, i paid 90bucks for it
