I must admit that I have read tons of bad reports about NP. However, every order has been shipped rapidly. I have only 2 orders that were damaged out of 8-10 planes. Only minor stuff that I can CA easily, not worth the hassle of sending something back. I have never attempted to "resolve an issue". I do feel less anxiety about ordering from Tower, Horizon, etc. But this is based on what I read, not what I have experience. Hopefully they will resolve whatever issue may have come up for you. In this country, customer service has declined across the board. Sad to say.
