Why sticking to this "servo must be on the tailboom" doctrine?
You have a scale fuse now. They normally tend to be tail heavy as they are anyway. So why not fit the tail servo somewhere more forward on the frame, or even fit it in the fuselage somewhere? Good chance, this way you eliminate the need for balancing lead, keeping your helicopter lighter and thus flying better.
