Good work so far. You have done the easy part. Now the really hard part will start...making the craft stable in hover and forward flight with the ability to change back and forth.

Making a VTOL stable and flyable is very difficult. As I had told you back in the beginning of December, the aircraft configuration you chose will be one of the most difficult to make stable.

What flight stabilization are you panning to add? For this configuration you have now,I think the only workable solution to stabilize the flight will be the Wii fcb approach.

Also, as I have told you several times before, it looks like your vertical fins are way too small to provide the yaw stability you need in forward flight.

what you said is alright, every one will succeed with a third motor.

regarding tail (vertical fin)

1) we are not using rudder's. instead we are using bank and yaw for yaw moment.

2) about area. here what we did is instead of keeping a full large area we have splited it into two half's so that better stability will be obtained in forward flight

Lead knows his stuff so if he says they are too small then they are too small. The landing gear you have up front is almost bigger than your vertical stabilizers.

I tell you that..if you d'ont have someone who help you with GUI and how to programm the wii board,it will be more difficult that really is now!If you allready know what is wii,please not consider that i wrote earlier.

the wing had broken due to yesterday's incident.

now we are planning to make a new wing can u send me any new way of design.

and one more thing is the servo is working but the copper rod we are using is not being able to force the wing over the fuselage in aero mode effectively.
can u suggest any other material to be used in the place of copper rod that suits for servo connection

For the wing and airplane design it is better to stick to something well proven such as Foam and Tapes cargo plane.

As far as material for the push rod that connects the tilt servo to the wing, the most common choices are either strong stiff wire such as music wire (sometimes called piano wire). Another choice is carbon rod or tubing.

If you don't have these choices for a push rod easily available, you may be able to use spokes from a bicycle.

foam nd tape's design u have mailed me know.. but i am couldnot understand how to print that and cut. as it is A4 size containing all parts.

Use hot glue for bonding of foam. It works well for me.

can u once send me the wing design of ur tilt wing. hope we may get an idea to modify our one. if found any defect
