OK, I think she's essentially ready to machine!!! Just a few minor details to add.

Have a look at these and tell me what you think!!

There are a few things with assembling the center section, and tying it together. There is no good way to attach the top and bottom to the center section without some extravagant partage. So, the only method I could come up with, is simple, and effective, but its not ideal. You will need 4 x 100mm standoffs, or 4 x 100mm made of 2 x 50mm each. and maybe, glue the center section on one side (top or bottom). Maybe leave on side unglued for an access panel. They are keyed in slots, so they will retain with the standoffs/screws however!! You will have to assemble it and see whats going to work here!!

You can put as many of the center accessory/FC plates in as you want, just use spacers and/or standoffs to stack them.

I don't think the 100mm standoff is a problem and I like the idea of being able to stack the guts of this copter.

I have no idea how Mike will cut from this, but I am sure that you both know !

Actually, I dont need to know!!! He does!!! It was designed for 1.5mm thickness. I would have to change the design quite a bit to go with anything else as the thickness determines how things fit together.

1.5mm is the most common thickness used for this kind of stuff. I'm sure he got 1.5mm (or .062")
